We analyzed the Lululemon mobile app and conducted a competitive review to identify opportunities for improvement.
Based on our findings, we focused on enhancing the onboarding experience to better personalize the “For You” section, allowing new users to receive relevant product recommendations, deals, and membership benefits tailored to their preferences and behaviour.

Allow users to further tailor their “For You” experience (pin specific tasks at the top, create shortcuts to specific sections of the store, have AI tools show recommended outfits/items that pair with brand partnerships, etc.)
Prioritization of Content in the "For You" tab
Help users create a hierarchy of information for their “For You” experience to see more relevant/frequented content at the top of their screen, as well as easily add/remove features on their feed.
Increase Accessibility Features
Incorporate more accessibility features to help users understand their products, such as using audio and alt text descriptions.
